Effective Boards for Employee-Owned Companies: Tools, Techniques and Best Practices

Effective Boards of Directors can be an asset for your employee-owned company, providing value, insight, and expertise that can support you during the tough times, as well as propel the company forward during the good times. Is your Board providing this kind of value for your company? Do you have the right people on your board? Are you asking them to do the right (or most effective) things? This workshop will provide answers to these questions.
