Our Check-ins and Roundtables are designed to convene a group of your peers to discuss your communications challenges and exchange ideas within an "open forum" structure as we move beyond uncertain times and into recovery.
Virtual Check-ins are 45 minute lunch time sessions where you can discuss with OEOC staff, and your peers, communication and culture issues, ideas and more. Virtual Check-ins are FREE for Member's of the OEOC's Employee Owned Network and $50 per person for non-members.

We will be hosting an in-person HR Roundtable on Wednesday April 6th at the Akron Fairlawn Hilton, one day before our 36th Annual Employee Ownership Conference.

This program will provide you with best practices, and overview and what works and what doesn't, as well as an opportunity to network with fellow employee-owners serving on your communications committees in other employee-owned companies.
