Communications and Culture

The research is extensive, and increasingly without controversy - employee-ownership by itself will not increase employee satisfaction, motivation and performance, it must be combined with an ownership culture that generates value for the company, wealth for employees, and quality of life in our communities. We offer multiple programs throughout the year to help build and maintain an ownership culture.

Virtual Communication and HR Roundtables

Our Roundtables are designed to convene a group of your peers to discuss your communication and HR challenges  and exchange ideas within an "open forum" structure enabling you to harness the power of peer-networks.

In-Person Roundtables

In-person HR roundtable will be held in April at the Akron Fairlawn Hilton, one day before our Annual Employee Ownership Conference.

In-person HR roundtable will be held in December at our Ohio Southwest Employee Ownership Conference in Dayton, Ohio.

Cost of roundtable is included in registration for the SW Forum for both network members and non-members.
