The research is extensive, and increasingly without controversy - employee-ownership by itself will not increase employee satisfaction, motivation and performance, it must be combined with an ownership culture that generates value for the company, wealth for employees, and quality of life in our communities. We offer multiple programs throughout the year to help build and maintain an ownership culture.

Whether you are starting (or restarting) your Culture Committee, or just looking to maximize the success of your current one, this program will provide you with best practices, dos and don’ts, as well as an opportunity to network with communication committees from your fellow employee-owned companies.  Attend for practical ideas to enhance your ownership culture and make your team more successful in 2021!

Our goal was to make a program that was more than just another passive webinar - and have designed it to include individualized (and ongoing) support and instruction that takes place over the course of multiple days. We’ve also structured the pricing so that you can send your entire Communications team to the program at an affordable price.

Attendance is limited to first 10 companies that RSVP. Each company that registers will be able to send multiple people to the program, for example your entire Communications Committee.

CEO/ CFO/ Leadership

Following our CEO/CFO/ Leadership Roundtable discussion held this past May 2020 we decided to continue to offer a platform for C-suite members of employee owned companies to join peers for a frank and open ended discussion on the issues effecting your employee owned company.

Employee-owned OSWALD COMPANIES has graciously agreed to host the this year-end Roundtable. The Roundtable is a chance for ESOP leaders to connect and network with peers to discuss issues and strategies faced by employee-owned companies. Attendance is limited to C-Level leaders from ESOP Companies.

The theme for this year-end edition of our CEO/CFO roundtable will be on key issues facing ESOP companies, as we all reflect on where we've been over the last 9 months, and where we need to be as we head into 2021.

Strategic Alignment - When Strategic Planning is No Longer Enough

Date: Date: December 10th, 2020 - 12 noon - 1:30pm

As we deal with the fallout from 2020, and head into 2021, how do we get everyone "rowing in the same direction"? In this interactive 90-minute session, participants will be led through a structured system for developing an aligned corporate strategy, complete with the process to evaluate the company’s current environment, develop a compelling vision, establish the strategic initiatives to achieve the vision, and ensure alignment through the “One Page Strategic Plan” and follow-up management processes.

Our instructor, Jeff Evans, is the former CEO of The Will-Burt Company, has served on numerous ESOP Boards of Directors, is a member of the OEOC's Advisory Board, and is a frequent speaker at ESOP events regionally and nationally. He developed this process, and implemented it successfully, during his time at Will-Burt; he has also taught it to ESOP companies while serving on their boards. This process is designed for any company that needs to “jump-start” their strategy and vision, utilizing a structure that can help ensure that your organization's goals and vision are achieved.
