The impacts of Covid-19 are far reaching for all businesses, including those that are employee owned. As such, we have put together a series of timely webinars and other online programming; in addition, we are going providing you links to other programs, regardless of source, that we think might be useful. We believe that one of the most important resources employee owned companies can draw on are their peer networks. We will begin convening online check-ins that allow you to speak with your peers in other E-O companies, address current and future challenges, and exchange ideas about how to solve them. Like our standard round tables, the agenda, and the conversation, is set by you - the check-in will be an open forum for you to discuss important and timely topics with a group of your peers. The OEOC will provide the facilitation, and the platform, for the session.
In order to facilitate discussion and participation, we are limiting these sessions to the first 15 people, but one of our goals is to gauge interest in creating additional regular scheduled, and frequent, check-ins over the next weeks and months. Currently, we are holding virtual check-ins covering two areas which are outlined below.
Check-ins will be held periodically during the coming months and are FREE for members of Ohio's Employee Ownership Network and $50 for non-network members.
Join us for our first-ever virtual Communications Check-In Tuesday, May 26th, 2020 12pm -1pm At this session we will convene a group of your peers to discuss your communications challenges and exchange ideas as we go through this very challenging time. The session will be administered and moderated by Chris Cooper of the OEOC. We are scheduled for a 60-minute session, but will stick around as long as needed by attendees. To learn more click here.
Following our CEO/CFO/ Leadership Round Table discussion held on May 14th 2020 we decided to continue to offer a platform for C-suite members of employee owned companies to join peers for a frank and open ended discussion on the issues effecting your employee owned company.
