Annual Ohio Employee Ownership Conference

Overview

Each year, the OEOC’s Annual Conference attracts over 400 company leaders and professionals. It offers an interesting mix of featured speakers, 20-plus breakout sessions, plenty of networking opportunities—and more—for management and leaders of employee-owned companies, rank-and-file employees, and business owners interested in selling their company to their employees.

Our 39th Annual Ohio Employee Ownership Conference will include an entire track of sessions for business owners interested in exploring the various employee ownership options.

Sessions include:

  • Laying the Groundwork for an Employee Ownership Transition
  • Assessing the Feasibility of an ESOP
  • Alternatives to Selling to an ESOP: Worker Cooperatives and Employee-Owned Trusts
