The OEOC maintains several member-driven networks that support companies, professionals, and practitioners across Ohio. These communities provide peer learning, technical assistance, shared best practices, and direct support to the employee-owned firms and service providers we work with every day.

The Employee-Owned Network is a member-directed network of Ohio employee-owned companies that provides a structured forum for education, peer learning, and the exchange of best practices. The Network helps companies strengthen internal ownership culture, address shared challenges, and enhance performance. Today, roughly one in three employee-owned companies in Ohio are active members.

The NCEO is a national membership organization that provides education,technical resources, and peer-learning opportunities to help companies navigate and strengthen employee ownership.
