EOB 103: ESOP Communication & Teamwork: Skills, tools and processes for effective ESOP communication and team decision-making; facilitating group discussion and giving group presentations.
"Employee Owner Leadership" Certificate Program
EOL 201: Building an Ownership Culture This session will explore what it means to lead in culture change, a 5-stage model for culture transformation and specific leadership activities to be initiated throughout the organization in order to build an environment of leadership, ownership and responsibility.
EOL 202 Open-Book Management for Fun and Profit How to work together so everyone sees and understands the numbers that are critical for tracking performance and focuses on helping the business make money and the rewards of teamwork. Principles and concepts to help everyone in your company measure it, monitor it, and improve it.
EOL 203: Put your Ownership Culture to Work in Tough Times Explore how to define employee ownership responsibilities in tough times and how an ownership culture can be drawn on in difficult times; how to communicate frankly and still maintain a positive attitude; and making tough decisions for the wellbeing of the team.
How do the Certificate Programs work? Participants may enroll in the program, participate in the seminars and receive a Certificate of Completion.
ESOP Board of Directors Forum What's different about governance in an employee-owned firm? Discuss best practices of effective boards in ESOPs; evaluation of a board: when, how and why; roles of corporate vs. ESOP fiduciaries; and participants' concerns. This forum brings Directors, officers, and in-house ESOP trustees together to share experience toward evolving effective governance in ESOPs.
